About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Pathologist to join our team at Western District Health Service. As a Speech Pathologist - Clinical Expertise, you will have the opportunity to work across a variety of clinical areas, including acute, sub-acute, community, and aged care settings.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide high-quality speech pathology services to clients of all ages with communication and swallowing difficulties.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Contribute to quality improvement activities and research initiatives within the Speech Pathology team.
  • Participate in regular department meetings and receive supportive supervision from the Speech Pathology manager.

**Requirements:**

  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Postgraduate qualification in Speech Pathology.
  • Experience working in a clinical setting, preferably in a hospital or community health environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
