The ideal candidate will possess a strong connection to the spirit of Christmas, exuding friendliness and maintaining a jolly disposition throughout interactions with children and families.

About the Role:

  • Engage with children of diverse ages and abilities in a warm and welcoming manner, creating memorable experiences for each encounter.
  • Portray the essence of Santa Claus as an entertainer, captivating audiences with quick thinking, humor, and the magic of Christmas.
  • Embody the characteristics of Santa Claus, including a deep voice, friendly demeanor, and ability to interact with children with disabilities with empathy and understanding.
  • Stay updated on the latest toy trends and preferences, or be willing to research and familiarize oneself with the ever-changing landscape of children's wishes.
  • Manage time effectively and adhere to set schedules and structures while maintaining the enchantment and magic of the holiday season.

Requirements:

  • Possess a Blue Card or equivalent working with children check.
  • Genuine belief in the magic of Christmas and the spirit of giving.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse audiences.
  • A commitment to maintaining the enchantment and wonder of Christmas throughout all interactions.
