Housekeeper & Cleaning Professional

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Housekeepers. Your primary responsibility will be maintaining high standards of cleanliness in our guest rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are maintained at the highest level of cleanliness, including making beds, vacuuming floors, and cleaning bathrooms.
  • Complete assigned cleaning tasks efficiently within allocated hours.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily cleaning targets and operational goals.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and environmental standards.
  • Utilize specialized cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues, guests, and contractors to foster a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles is highly valued.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
  • Basic understanding of safe handling and usage of cleaning chemicals and equipment (training provided).
  • Good physical fitness and stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with guests, colleagues, and contractors.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Positive and proactive attitude with a strong work ethic.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
