About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Centre Director to lead our team at Milestones Early Learning Ashmont. As a Centre Director, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and meeting financial targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the centre's operations, including staff supervision, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy and improve centre performance.
- Mentor and support educators to meet and exceed National Quality Standards.
About You
- You will have a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification.
- You will have a current Working with Children's Check.
- You will have experience in a management or leadership role, with a proven track record of achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards.
