Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to lead the design and evolution of medical imaging technologies across a wide network of diagnostic centres. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business outcomes and enhancing diagnostic imaging operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and champion future-state technology models to enhance diagnostic imaging operations and drive business outcomes.
  • Partner with clinical and business leaders to co-create solutions that meet service delivery needs and improve patient experiences.
  • Guide technical direction across projects, ensuring consistency with broader enterprise priorities and strategic objectives.
  • Standardise platforms and processes across radiology IT systems through structured oversight and governance.
  • Lead innovation efforts by identifying new technologies that improve patient and referrer experiences and drive organisational success.

Requirements:

  • Proven background delivering architecture outcomes within healthcare or complex enterprise settings, with a focus on driving business growth and improvement.
  • Strong knowledge of imaging technologies and data exchange protocols used in medical environments, including emerging trends and innovations.
  • Experience working across hybrid environments with both legacy and cloud-native systems, with a strong understanding of integration and interoperability.
  • Able to influence and align diverse technical and business stakeholders towards shared goals and strategic objectives.
  • Familiarity with architectural governance, design frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives, with a focus on driving organisational excellence.
