Are you a cake enthusiast with teaching experience? We're seeking a creative and engaging instructor to lead our Cupcake and Cake Decorating Masterclasses in Sydney.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Teach cake decorating classes in our state-of-the-art Baking Academy on most weekends.

- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to various skill levels.

- Provide guidance, support, and feedback to students to ensure they achieve their goals.

- Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.

**Requirements:**

- Relevant teaching or coaching experience.

- Passion for cake decorating and desire to share knowledge with others.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.

- Reliable and flexible with a can-do attitude.

- Experience working with small groups of adults and/or children.

**Working Conditions:**

- Casual position.

- Most weekend afternoons.

- Flexible scheduling required.
