Visual Arts Instructor Position

We are seeking highly motivated and creative individuals to join our visual arts education team for children.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for art and a solid foundation in drawing or painting.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Picking up students and recording attendance
  • Setting up and packing up the classroom before and after class
  • Assisting with individual or small-group instruction
  • Communicating with the lead teacher about student progress
  • Supporting lesson planning and potentially writing short class summaries or feedback for newsletters or social media

Linguistic skills are essential, with fluent English required. Mandarin is an asset, but not necessary.

Requirements include:

  • Legal working rights in Australia
  • Patience, responsibility, and ability to stay calm while teaching young children
  • Energetic and willing to participate in team activities and school events
  • Sharing values in building a respectful, inspiring, and aesthetics-driven learning environment for children
