Children's Activity Coordinator

This role presents a unique opportunity to create and deliver engaging experiences for children of all ages.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing activities that foster strong relationships between children and adults alike.

  • Homework Club: Provide a supportive environment for kids to complete their homework while promoting healthy study habits.
  • Teen Programs: Design programs that cater to teenagers' interests and needs.
  • Interactive Family Classes: Plan and deliver interactive classes that bring families together through fun and educational activities.
  • Kids Creche Area Management: Ensure the safe and enjoyable operation of our dedicated kids area.
  • Specialty Classes Coordination: Arrange for expert-led classes in martial arts, dance, and other specialties.
  • School Holiday Programs: Organize and lead holiday programs that keep kids active and engaged during breaks.
  • Families Welcome Program: Develop initiatives that welcome and engage with families within our community.
Requirements:
  • Certificate III minimum in Child Care: Proven experience and knowledge in child care practices.
  • Event Management Experience: Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate, and execute events effectively.
  • Experience Working with Children of All Ages: Strong understanding of how to interact with children from diverse age groups.
  • Current First Aid/CPR Certificate: Essential certification for first aid and CPR procedures.
  • Experience in the Health, Fitness, and Lifestyle Sectors: Background in working with individuals and families in health-related settings.
  • Proven Planning and Budgeting Expertise: Ability to manage resources, prioritize tasks, and stay organized.
  • High Energy and Exceptional Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Please note: This role requires flexible hours, availability to work over 7 days (Monday-Sunday), and proof of right to work documentation in Australia at the first interview.
