We are seeking a Quality Assurance and Completions Engineer to join our team at UGL. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

Reporting to the QA Completions Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain an integrated document management system that ensures compliance with all relevant policies, legislation, and industry standards.

You will coordinate completion and handback activities, record collaboration, and ensure vendor documentation is reviewed and approved before work commences. Additionally, you will develop Work Instructions, Procedures, and Training Material, provide guidance and support on handover requirements, and manage and update the Completion QA record & reports.

This role also involves assisting with the development, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of Hexagon applications, ensuring work lots are created in Team Binder and Hexagon, and conducting process audits / data analysis on the Completions, Commissioning, and Construction Handover process and deliverables.

To succeed in this position, you will require a recognised engineering qualification relevant to the role, at least 2 years' experience as a Project Engineer with Quality Assurance, and strong computer skills including the Microsoft Office suite of programs. You must also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to establish effective working relationships with various stakeholders.
