Job Description

We are seeking a skilled MFC Salaried Financial Advisor to join our team. This role requires providing advice on a specific range of products to a specific allocated market and being individually accountable for achieving results through one's own efforts.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while identifying opportunities to secure new business or support retention.
  • Analyze specific problems and issues to find the best solutions.
  • Receive visitors and assist with various requests for information, referring more complex matters to colleagues.
  • Schedule follow-up actions and enter relevant information into the CRM system after each contact with a customer.
  • Set clear objectives for each sales call or meeting and tailor standard materials to make presentations to decision-makers and influencers within the customer organization.
  • Develop and implement a relationship management plan for potential customer accounts to identify and build relationships with relevant decision-makers and influencers within the customer organization.
  • Develop knowledge and understanding of organizational policies and procedures and of relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct.
  • Monitor and assess sales and market data for a specific geographic region to assist management in identifying areas in the market where business can be developed.
Requirements:
  • A secondary education qualification (Grade 12).
  • A valid driver's license and private vehicle.
  • FAIS compliance.
  • A clean criminal and credit record.
  • A minimum of three years working experience, preferably in sales.
  • Proficiency in computer applications (MS Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Presentation skills are an added advantage.
