Electrical Compliance Manager

This senior role focuses on ensuring high-quality products meet customer requirements and industry standards.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Electrical Engineering, QA/QC, and compliance management with experience working overseas and managing projects effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing compliance strategies to ensure product quality and regulatory adherence.
- Reviewing and setting up testing plans & parameters for new products.
- Investigating customer issues, quality failures, and areas of improvement.
Strong organizational skills and excellent written and verbal communication are essential for success in this dynamic role. The position requires regular travel to China, including factory scheduling and in-house inspections.
Requirements for this role include:
- Tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering (preferred).
- Significant experience in Electrical QA/QC and compliance project management.
- In-depth knowledge of Small Domestic Appliances, Household Appliances & Electronics for the Australian market.
- An understanding of relevant industry standards, such as IEC 60335 and ISO9001.
