Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced leader to join our team as a Team Leader. This key leadership position plays a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our branch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a passionate and dedicated team of staff to deliver exceptional service to the community.
  • Develop and implement programs and services that meet the needs of the community, including children's literacy programs, adult education classes, and community events.
  • Work closely with other teams to achieve our strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with local organisations and stakeholders to build partnerships and deliver creative programs and events.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in librarianship or a related field.
  • Proven experience leading, motivating, and coaching a team in a customer service environment.
  • Strong ability to adapt strategies to meet the needs of the local community.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
