Medical Day Procedure Unit Clerk

The role of the Medical Day Procedure Unit Clerk is to provide efficient and effective administrative support to both medical and nursing staff within the patient contact area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effective communication with medical and nursing staff, patients and their families.
  • Day-to-day coordination of information, forms, correspondence and documents associated with chargeable patients.
  • Efficient liaison service for private and compensable patients.
