Parts Salesperson/ Interpreter Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Parts Salesperson/ Interpreter to join our team in Burwood. As a key member of our Parts team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the efficient sale and delivery of parts and accessories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with customers to assist with parts and accessories enquiries
  • Utilize Manufacturer EPC (Electronic Parts Catalogue) to determine required parts
  • Use online Manufacturer's portal to locate and source parts
  • Process quotes and orders for customers through the DMS system (AutoIT)
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a high-level standard of customer service

Requirements:

  • Ability to work effectively within a team while demonstrating individual strength and ability
  • Capacity to learn quickly and deliver results
  • Excellent reliability and honesty with a good attendance record
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to operate under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances
  • High level of attention to detail and quality
  • Genuine interest in the Automotive industry
  • Experience in the following franchises is highly regarded but not essential: Audi, Hyundai, Isuzu Ute, Mazda, Suzuki, Volkswagen
