Job Title: Registered Nurse - Renal Unit
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Renal Unit team at Flinders and Upper North Local Health Network. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a collaborative and dynamic healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to patients with renal conditions, including dialysis and transplantation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.

Requirements:
- Current registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
