Job Description

  • Manage merchant compliance and risk for Payment Acceptance, driving acquiring pricing strategy, managing fraud, handling pricing issues, and ensuring scheme and PCI compliance.
  • Support and manage merchant and product compliance risk, addressing scheme requirements and control gaps, and serving as the central point of contact for Schemes and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct research, provide reports, and maintain industry knowledge through participation in workshops, professional development programs, and networking.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Experience in risk and compliance, gained within financial services, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including ability to communicate complex information effectively and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify breaches, investigate incidents, and recommend courses of action.
