About UsWe are Australia's leading referral and emergency veterinary group, providing state-of-the-art 24/7 emergency services and specialist care in surgery and internal medicine. Our facility features advanced diagnostic imaging, a laboratory, and fully equipped surgical theatres.
The RoleThis dynamic role involves working in a rotational shift environment, including daytime, nighttime, evening, and weekend shifts. You will collaborate with a seasoned team of emergency vets who have been saving lives at ARH Essendon Fields for many years. The majority of our ECC Vet team hold membership qualifications.
- Deliver exceptional emergency veterinary care with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Work collaboratively with our experienced team, sharing knowledge and expertise.
- Handle sole charge veterinary responsibilities with confidence and proficiency.
- Veterinary degree eligible for registration in Victoria.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in emergency veterinary practice is ideal, but experience in emergency is not essential.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact tactfully with colleagues, pet owners, and referring veterinarians.
- A genuine passion for helping people and their pets.
- Flexible Employment: Permanent full-time or part-time roles available to suit your preferences.
- Competitive Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, based on your skills and experience.
