We're looking for a skilled professional to join our team as an Influencer Marketing Specialist. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in growing and managing our network of 30+ influencers across Australia, NZ, and the US.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage influencer relationships and ensure deliverables are met.
  • Onboard new creators and negotiate partnerships (paid or product-based).
  • Coordinate content schedules and keep campaigns on track.
  • Plan product launches, special projects, and collaborations alongside the marketing manager.
  • Build a strong network of long-term creator partners.

We're looking for someone with experience managing a network of influencers or creators for a brand. They should understand the content creation process and what makes videos perform. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are also essential. The ideal candidate can confidently handle outreach, follow-ups, and contract negotiation.
