Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled educator to lead our Learning Support team in Secondary contexts.

This is a full-time position that involves collaborating with executive staff to implement targeted intervention strategies and programs, as well as classroom support for students with higher learning needs.

About the Role:
  • The successful applicant will work closely with teachers and learning support assistants to develop and implement effective Learning Support programs.
  • Oversight of IEP development, NCCD processes, disability adjustments and liaison with external providers will also be a key responsibility.
Requirements:
  • A Christian educator with suitable qualifications and experience teaching and leading learning support in Secondary contexts.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a dynamic team.
