We are a family business that understands the importance of a work/ home balance and aim at supporting yours.

We own and operate several child care centres in and around Sydney and we are seeking an experienced bookkeeper on a casual/part-time basis, for 1-2 days per week.

Reporting to the Managing Director your responsibilities will include but is not limited to:

- Accounts payable for the various centres
- Monthly Bank reconciliations
- Monthly Income Activity Statements and Quarterly BAS Statements
- Payroll Tax reporting
- Payroll duties as required
- Putting systems in place to ensure accounting processes are streamlined

The position requires:

- A high level of competence MYOB.
- Proficiency with Excel and Word.
- Organisational skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritise tasks.

**Salary**: Will be based on experience

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Part-time hours: 8-16 per week

**Salary**: $35.00 - $42.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Certificate I - IV (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
- MYOB: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
