Delivery Lead - Technology Project Manager

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise and a passion for delivering high-quality projects. As a Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for managing technology projects within the Customer & Corporate Technology Domain to achieve project objectives.

You will manage internal and external resources, working with external providers to support delivery initiatives that will have a direct impact on what customers and team members experience in airports and onboard flights.

This role will contribute to the delivery of the product vision and roadmap for Customer & Corporate Technology teams, ensuring a best-in-class capability aligned to the strategic objectives. You will play a part in transitioning to value-aligned product squads drawing on agile, scaled agile or waterfall delivery as the situation requires.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex technology projects
  • Foster a collaborative, productive, friendly and passionate team environment
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and delivery
  • Drive project planning, execution, monitoring and control
  • Ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Business or Technology degree
  • 5+ years of experience in a Project Management or Delivery role, preferably with large complex projects across multiple locations
  • Experience in managing key internal relationships at an individual contributor and management level
  • Extensive experience in programme management, strategic delivery and various delivery models such as Scrum, Kanban and Waterfall
  • Proven ability to drive initiatives through to completion with a strong commitment to meeting budget, timeframe and quality requirements
