Job Title

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced educator to join our team in providing exceptional childcare services. This is a permanent part-time opportunity where you will work closely with the Centre Leadership Team to support and guide children's learning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the wider community by bringing values of connection, communication, and consideration to life in everyday practice.
  • Conduct observations of individuals and groups of children, assessing individual strengths, weaknesses, interests, and preferences.
  • Collaborate in program design, implementation, and evaluation to foster all aspects of children's development.
  • Work effectively as a team member, seeking and accepting support from colleagues when needed.
Requirements
  • A recognised Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA).
  • Leadership experience in developing age-specific programs and routines.
  • An approved Working with Children Check (State Specific).
  • Current Asthma, Anaphylaxis, and First Aid Certificates.
