Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Care Support Worker to deliver essential services to clients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with domestic duties such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Provide personal grooming and hygiene assistance
  • Remind clients of medication schedules and assist with food shopping and menu planning
  • Offer mobility assistance within the home and local community
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability or Home and Community Care
  • Driver's license and own reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • Excellent communication skills and good spoken and written English
  • Full Australian working rights and current Police and Working With Children Checks
