
Expert Dementia Care Professional

As a dedicated healthcare professional, we are seeking an experienced Enrolled Nurse to join our multi-disciplinary team. This role presents a unique opportunity to work with residents who require dementia-specific care.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care that promotes choice, independence, and a meaningful quality of life for our residents. This includes assisting with hygiene, grooming, and continence care, supporting nutrition, hydration, and medication administration, facilitating mobility and providing wound care, and encouraging companionship and social engagement.
We are looking for someone with strong clinical skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and leadership qualities. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in aged care, with a focus on dementia care, and be registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
This is a permanent part-time position, with shifts available across two floors, spanning eight individual houses with an on-site café. Key Responsibilities:
