Steel Fabrication Professional Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Steel Fabricator for a large-scale project based in Olympic Dam, SA.

This is a long-term opportunity with a strong focus on workplace safety and company culture.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A nationally recognised trade qualification (essential)
  • A current drivers licence (essential)
  • A current white card (essential)
  • Experience in MIG and OXY welding
  • Experience working on structural steel, repairing fixed plant and buckets/truck bodies/working around earthmoving equipment etc.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working on truck bodies, conveyors, crushers, chutes, buckets and screens
  • Interpreting detailed drawings and blueprints
  • OXY cutting, plasma cutting and pipe shaping

A FIFO/travel to site covered arrangement is available, along with accommodation and meals sorted. A 2:1 roster (weeks on/off) and 12 hour shifts apply.
