We're seeking a skilled Case Manager to join our team at Allianz Australia Services Pty Ltd. As a Case Manager, you'll play a vital role in supporting injured workers with their recovery from a workplace injury and providing them with a positive customer experience.

About the Role:

  • Manage a portfolio of claims to support and assist customers to achieve the best possible outcome.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless claim management.
  • Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge of workers' compensation legislation and policies.

What You'll Need:

  • Extensive administration skills and experience in a similar role.
  • A high level of organisational and time management skills to manage multiple claims simultaneously.
  • Strong relationship management skills to build trust with customers and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.
