Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure effective support and care.
  • Implement planned activities that promote client independence and autonomy.
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household management.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to clients, helping them to build confidence and self-esteem.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as therapists and healthcare workers, to ensure comprehensive support and care.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring that client information is up-to-date and secure.
Requirements
  • Up-to-date COVID vaccination
  • Police and Working with Children Check
  • Current Drivers Licence
  • Minimum Cert IV in Mental Health or related field
