As a Disability Services Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our team to deliver high-quality services to individuals with disabilities. Our mission is to empower them to live independently and achieve their goals.
The Opportunity:This role involves providing client services management, ensuring effective care plan review and management, and delivering excellent customer experiences. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in Community Services Co-ordination or Case Management roles, as well as supervising and supporting staff.
We are looking for someone with strong written and verbal communication skills, who can build strong relationships with customers, case managers, and other key stakeholders. In this role, you will lead and provide coaching to support workers in delivering and exceeding client expectations, while monitoring service levels and conducting case conferences as required.
To succeed in this role, you must have a Certificate IV in Community Services or relevant discipline (preferred) and knowledge of OH&S legislation relevant to aged care and disability service sectors. You must also be able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary care team and possess a high level of written and verbal communication skills.
