About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic New Vehicle Sales Executive for our busy Mercedes-Benz North Shore showroom in Chatswood, one of Sydney's top PMAs. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for handling enquiries and prospecting for new customers, ensuring a robust follow-up system to foster repeat business and generate new leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients to build and maintain a strong customer base
- Maximise sales opportunities to contribute to achieving our volume and profit goals
- Maintain product knowledge by staying informed about all current product benefits and features
- Sales and handover of new Mercedes-Benz vehicles to provide a seamless and satisfying sales and handover experience for our customers
What We Are Looking For:
- Previous sales experience is essential for this role
- Automotive experience is desired but not required
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with both customers and team members
- Outstanding negotiation skills to close deals and maximise sales
- Passion for industry-leading customer service with a commitment to delivering top-tier service to our clients
