About This Role

We're seeking a talented Senior Product Manager to join our team at Westpac Group.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies for new products, integrating pricing, positioning, and promotional activities for the Mortgages acquisition squad.

You will leverage customer insights to enhance the customer experience and optimize the conversion funnel.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing strategies, customer focus, stakeholder relationship management, enhancing the customer experience, risk management, and reporting & data-driven decision making.

Requirements

  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Ability to use data to create meaningful insights and support decision-making.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to deliver outcomes in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proactive self-starter who is outcome-focused and can work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with agile delivery frameworks and project management fundamentals.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in product management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of the consumer credit market, products, and regulatory frameworks.
