About the Opportunity
Peninsula Health is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator for Evidence Synthesis in Dementia Guidelines to join our Evidence Synthesis team.

Key Responsibilities
This role will involve:

  • Leading evidence synthesis for guideline development by consulting on PICO questions, developing systematic reviews, and preparing evidence profiles.
  • Conducting literature searches, critical appraisals, and data analysis, assessing bias in studies.
  • Presenting findings systematically to support recommendations and preparing materials for guideline panel meetings.
  • Coordinating workstream inputs, providing regular updates to the evidence synthesis team, and managing the preparation of evidence for consideration by the Guideline Development group.
  • Engaging with key stakeholders, developing and maintaining strong partnerships, and undertaking networking to support project objectives.

Requirements
The successful candidate will have:

  • A degree in a relevant field with subsequent relevant experience, or extensive experience and specialist expertise or broad knowledge in technical/management or administrative fields.
  • Substantial experience with undertaking systematic evidence syntheses, including systematic reviews or clinical practice guidelines.
  • High-level research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and recommend solutions to challenging issues.
  • Excellent project coordination and management skills, with a demonstrated capacity to develop and implement effective operational processes and systems.
  • Highly developed relationship management and consulting skills, including the ability to interact, influence, and negotiate with a variety of stakeholders.
