This is a leadership position for someone passionate about driving reliability, continuous improvement, and team development in a safety-focused environment.
- Lead and develop a team of reliability engineers.
- Provide technical support and guidance to maintenance, shutdown, and project teams.
Key responsibilities include:
Core Responsibilities- To lead a team of engineers, providing senior technical advice and ensuring adherence to asset management principles.
- To oversee personnel management, training, succession planning, and recruitment.
- To foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.
- To monitor and improve departmental KPIs including reliability, decarbonization, and operational excellence metrics.
- To act as Control Owner for Critical Risks Management, ensuring effective mitigation measures.
The ideal candidate will have:
Required Skills and Qualifications- Extensive experience in reliability engineering and technical team leadership.
- Strong knowledge of asset management principles, reliability metrics, and relevant legislation.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and SAP.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and collaborative skills.
