The Role

We're seeking a bold and experienced B2B Design Manager to shape our design vision and strategy, driving impact for customers and the business.

You'll partner with cross-functional leaders to champion customer needs and turn insights into experiences that inspire action.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Shaping the segment strategy, partnering with the B2B Segment Leadership Team to embed design and customer experience into the vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Using data and insights to guide priorities, align cross-functional teams, and continuously refine plans to achieve both customer and business outcomes.
  • Leading and inspiring your team, managing and mentoring product designers in cross-functional squads, setting clear direction, supporting career growth, and ensuring sustainable ways of working.
  • Elevating our design practice, championing best-in-class design processes, tools, and rituals across the CX team, driving continuous improvement in how we collaborate, discover, and deliver.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 7+ years' experience in experience design, with strong product and technology team expertise.
  • Proven service design skills and ability to apply systems thinking to enhance end-to-end customer journeys.
  • Excellent communication skills, adept at stakeholder engagement, customer empathy, and cross-functional consensus building.
  • Proficiency in Figma and emerging UX/UI tools.
  • Experience in health, wellbeing, and/or aged care sectors, with deep understanding of diverse user needs.
  • Able to design from scratch or improve existing features using user-centred design principles.
