About the Role

As a Tax Quality Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective operation of our quality management system within the tax business. You will be part of the team responsible for protecting the brand, complying with legislative and professional obligations, and delivering high-quality client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and analyze risks and regulatory obligations for tax services, including those related to tax professionals
  • Design and implement responses to regulatory change
  • Monitor and oversee annual reviews and evaluation of tax services as part of the firm's system of quality management
  • Support change management activities and drive continuous improvement of risk intelligence within the tax business
  • Review tax policies, procedures, and processes
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Laws, Accounting, Commerce, Taxation or equivalent experience in tax, accounting, legal, or risk management
  • Curious and eager to learn, with an interest in regulatory compliance, change management, policy development, and governance
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking ability
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
