About the Role:

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Patient preparation and facilities management.
- Delivering quality chairside assistance to our Dentists.
- Treatment coordination.
- Instrument sterilisation.
- Infection control standards and procedures.
- Patient relations and building relationships.
- Update patient records, handle payments, and maintain confidentiality.
What We're Looking For:
- A motivated self-starter with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for customer service and patient care.
- Organised with attention to detail.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Ideal 6 months experience in the dental industry and familiarity with billing codes.
