- Provide strategic insights by sharing hiring data, market trends, and pipeline health with senior stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Proven recruitment experience in real estate, sales, mortgage broking, or financial services; or a strong sales background with the drive to pivot into talent acquisition.
- Strong multitasking ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders with ease.
