Lead Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned recruitment professional to spearhead the hiring process for our national network of buyer's agents.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute the end-to-end recruitment strategy with precision, pace, and quality.
  • Identify, engage, and attract top talent by leveraging proactive sourcing techniques in competitive markets.
  • Build strategic partnerships across internal teams and external networks to widen reach and drive growth.
  • Represent the company with energy, credibility, and passion for what we do, serving as a brand ambassador.
  • Deliver exceptional candidate experiences that reflect the strength of the brand, elevating overall satisfaction.
  • Provide strategic insights by sharing hiring data, market trends, and pipeline health with senior stakeholders.
  • Nurture talent pools to support long-term growth and scalability.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven recruitment experience in real estate, sales, mortgage broking, or financial services; or a strong sales background with the drive to pivot into talent acquisition.
  • Strong multitasking ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders with ease.
  • Collaborative, curious, and driven, thriving in high-performance environments.
