We are seeking an ambitious Product Portfolio Developer to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping our product lineup by assisting with the management of new product initiatives and refining existing products.

This is a unique opportunity to engage in the entire product lifecycle, from conception to market release and beyond. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize new product opportunities;
  • Analysing existing products to identify areas for improvement and supporting changes, enhancements, or rebranding efforts;
  • Assisting market analysis through staying up-to-date with market trends and consumer preferences;
  • Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Research and Development, and production teams to ensure the successful execution of product initiatives.

You will be a self-motivated individual with excellent initiative-taking skills. While supported by a team of experienced professionals, you will be motivated to take ownership of tasks with a proactive attitude.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines;
  • Able to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence across various organisational levels;
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects concurrently;
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data for decision-making.
