Position Overview

Stowe Australia, a prominent electrical contracting firm, is currently seeking a skilled Level 1 ASP Linesperson to contribute to our expanding operations within the Northern Division.

Essential Qualifications

Candidates must possess the following credentials:

  • Certificate III in ESI Power Systems - Distribution Overhead (or equivalent)
  • Valid MR Driver's Licence
  • General Construction Induction Card
  • High-Risk Work Licence (WP over 11m)

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates will demonstrate:

  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting ASP3 design drawings
  • Capability to apply Before You Dig information effectively
  • Solid understanding of Essential Energy network standards
  • Willingness to undergo Pre-Employment Medical and background checks
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Commitment to safe work practices
  • Dependable and punctual work attendance
  • Contribution to positive work culture and desired outcomes
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Competence in using iPads for daily project documentation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Current ASP1 authorizations
  • HR/HC driver's licence
  • High-Risk Work Licence (C2 Crane and Dogging)
  • Electrical Trade or related ESI qualification
