Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a key role within our Global Infrastructure and Operations team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing a team of engineers, overseeing the deployment of new systems and processes, and acting as a point of escalation for complex network, system, and security problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of engineers and oversee the deployment of new systems and processes
  • Act as a point of escalation for complex network, system, and security problems
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and efficiency

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in a team lead role within a 3rd line team or experience as a senior engineer with people management responsibilities
  • Previous team management responsibilities including setting goals & objectives, managing workloads and deliverables, conducting performance appraisals
  • Strong troubleshooting skills of complex network, system, and/or security problems
  • In-depth network experience especially in the implementation & support of multi-site LANS and WANs
  • Comprehensive experience of Cisco switching, Cisco Nexus 3k & 9k
  • CCNP or CCIE or equivalent knowledge
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively at all levels
