Position Overview

This part-time or full-time opportunity is designed for a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of the elderly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional nursing care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical professionals.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised care plans to meet the unique needs of our residents.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care and support to our residents.
  • Provide education and guidance to residents and their families on various aspects of healthcare.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements

  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
  • Previous experience in aged care or a similar setting is highly desirable.
  • Strong clinical skills and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with residents, families, and healthcare teams.
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach to care that prioritises resident dignity and respect.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to a positive and supportive workplace culture.
