Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled technician to join our team as a Utility Service Professional.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining and servicing utility scale battery sites, focusing on the Megapack battery storage product.

  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment as defined by the service engineering team
  • Perform complex and precise electro-mechanical debug, rework, and repair
  • Develop and follow best practices and procedures for various maintenance activities related to energy equipment
  • Maintain high levels of communication and feedback within the organization

In this role, you will work with a variety of hand tools, power tools, and test equipment for diagnosis and troubleshooting. You will also have flexibility to provide support outside your region as required.
