Job Title: Asphalt Sealer

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Asphalt Sealer to join our team at Suncoast Asphalt Contracting. As an Asphalt Sealer, you will be responsible for assisting in various sealing projects throughout the Brisbane area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the preparation and sealing of asphalt surfaces.
  • Operate machinery and tools related to asphalt sealing.
  • Truck spotting.
  • Follow instructions from supervisors and work as part of a team.
  • Maintain a clean and organized worksite.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in asphalt work or construction is an advantage but not required.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions.
  • Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials.
  • Basic understanding of safety practices in construction.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • MR licence is advantageous.
  • Roller ticker is advantageous.

What We Offer:

  • Base hourly rate from $28, pending experience, plus penalty rates, plus super.
  • Working 8 – 12-hour shifts. Day shift 6am – 6pm, night shift 6pm – 6am.
