About the Role

The Account Operations Manager will play a critical role in driving the success of Scaler Global Inc.'s clients in the real estate and commercial investment sectors. This position requires a unique blend of business acumen, technical expertise, and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals, challenges, and data needs to optimize their experience with the Scaler platform.
  • ESG Data Management: Proactively manage the full lifecycle of ESG data gathering and analysis to meet client needs, including managing large data sets.
  • Project Management: Project manage, organize, and prioritize requests and tasks to ensure timely and accurate responses to clients.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Become a subject matter expert in Scaler, Commercial Real Estate Investment, and ESG, maintaining an aptitude for learning and staying up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Strategic Partnership Development: Contribute to the overall Scaler partnership strategy, identifying opportunities for growth and collaboration.
  • Client Service Process Optimization: Contribute to the optimization of client service processes, including updates to onboarding, feedback, tutorials, and other materials.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Sustainability, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with excellent data management skills.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Industry Experience: Strongly preferred business-to-business (B2B) client/customer service experience, preferably in the real estate, consulting, banking, and/or ESG industry.
Nice to Have
  • Technical Skills: Experience coding using general-purpose programming languages like PHP, Python, Javascript, SQL, and CSS.
  • Industry Background: Industry background in Real Estate, Sustainability, and/or tech.
