Compassionate Caregiver

Job Title:
A compassionate and skilled healthcare professional is sought to join our team as a dedicated caregiver. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a supportive environment, providing high-quality care to residents.
About the Role- Lead and mentor staff at ward level, fostering effective teamwork and communication among colleagues to promote collaboration and coordinate person-centred care.
- Utilize strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to collaborate with various staff members, including nurses, carers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and treatment plans.
- Develop and implement individualised care plans that respect the dignity and worth of each resident.
- Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and their families during times of need.
- CURRENT REGISTRATION AS A REGISTERED NURSE UNDER THE AUSTRALIAN HEALTH PRACTITIONER REGULATION AGENCY (AHPRA).
- PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN LEADERSHIP OF EMPLOYEES AND EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
- ABILITY TO WORK EFFECTIVELY AS AN INDIVIDUAL AND AS PART OF A TEAM.
- ABLE TO WORK NIGHT SHIFTS ONLY.
