Make a Positive Impact with TeamKids

At TeamKids, we're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our Armadale program as a 2IC or Second in Charge. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional experience for the children in our care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Director of Service in creating and implementing engaging experiences for the children in your program.
  • Support the development of a safe and inclusive environment that meets industry regulations.
  • Engage with parents, respond to inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with the school community, attending events and assemblies when required.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, staff, and parents.

Requirements
  • Passion for working with children, loads of energy, and a love for having fun.
  • Strong team player with excellent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ideal candidates have previous experience in Before and After School Care or education, but we're happy to train the right person.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Availability for stable, permanent part-time hours up to 25 hours per week.
  • A recognized diploma qualification in a relevant field or studying towards one.
