Personal Injury Law Support Role


We are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join our dynamic team in our Sydney office. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated legal support professional looking to work in a fast-paced, supportive environment where your expertise will be valued and your career can flourish.


This role requires exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a busy environment. You will also have strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks, as well as professional, empathetic and client-focused communication style.


The successful candidate will have at least 2+ years of experience as a Paralegal or Legal Secretary, preferably within Personal Injury law. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with legal practice management systems (ActionStep experience is a plus)


Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and manage legal correspondence, court documents, and briefs efficiently and accurately
  • Handle diary management and coordinate appointments, court dates, and mediations
  • Maintain, open, and archive legal files in line with firm procedures
  • Liaise professionally with clients, medical providers, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth case progression
  • Assist with preparations for court hearings and mediations, ensuring all documents and materials are ready
  • Support administrative tasks including billing, timesheet entry, and general office duties
  • Contribute to a team environment by supporting colleagues and maintaining high standards of client service
