Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Cryo-management Coordinator to join our team at Monash IVF Group. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to make a difference in the lives of individuals and families.

About the Role

The Cryo-management Coordinator will play a vital role in the laboratory team, ensuring the safe and efficient storage of gametes and embryos. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate the storage of frozen assets, ensuring timely and accurate processing
  • Oversee the import and export of embryos and gametes, adhering to guidelines and legislation
  • Communicate effectively with patients, internal stakeholders, and external partners regarding asset movements
  • Record and maintain cryostorage data, including customer communication records
Key Responsibilities

In addition to the above, you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing paperwork related to gamete and embryo actions
  • Ensuring accurate documentation is sent to relevant parties
  • Collaborating with nursing, genetics, embryology, and admin departments to achieve seamless operations
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Advanced Microsoft Office suite skills, including Word, Excel, and OneNote
  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent patient/customer service skills, with empathy and understanding
  • Ability to work cohesively within a multi-disciplinary team
  • Capacity to work remotely across multiple geographically diverse sites
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to follow detailed checklists and procedures
