Enterprise Architecture Position

This role is responsible for collaborating with domain owners to develop strategies, priorities, and roadmaps that drive business growth.

  • Work closely with capability owners to establish and maintain the current and target capability model, ensuring alignment with enterprise targets.
  • Design and communicate a comprehensive domain strategy, technology roadmap, and transformation pathways that support business objectives.
  • Develop architecture guardrails that standardize technologies, services, and patterns, promoting consistency across the organization.
  • Provide governance oversight across architecture practices within the domain, ensuring adherence to established standards.
  • Identify and integrate emerging technologies and practices to strengthen capabilities and deliver business value.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks and capability modeling, with a strong understanding of corporate functions such as Finance, HR, Procurement, Governance, or other enabling services.
  • Ability to develop strategic roadmaps, investment portfolios, and communication plans that align to enterprise targets.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, able to influence at senior levels and promote change management.
  • Strong systems thinking, connecting process, data, technology, and organizational layers to drive business outcomes.
