Job Title: Retail Stock Assistant

This role is responsible for unpacking stock and inventory, ensuring products are readily available and on the floor in a timely manner. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Ability to assist with stock receipt, unpacking products and allocating them appropriately.
  • Ability to lift up to 20kg of stock.
  • Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety procedures.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Highly personable and confident individual with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in a customer-centric retail environment.
  • Excellent listening and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:

- Unpacking stock and inventory.

- Allocating stock to the sales floor or storeroom.

- Maintaining accurate records of stock levels.

- Assisting customers with product queries.

- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets.
