Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of high-value clients, providing tailored guidance on their digital currency needs and cultivating strong relationships built on trust and open communication
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments, making informed recommendations that meet clients' evolving requirements and preferences
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences and consistent delivery of high-quality results
- Minimum 3 years experience in account management or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering excellent results and exceeding client expectations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and navigate complex client needs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to resolving issues
